Consent For Electronic Delivery of Member Notices and Month End Statements

By entering your name and email and clicking “Accept” below, you agree to receive your TruWest Credit Union member notices and account statements electronically (the Online Statements or eStatements service).

It is required by Federal Regulation that we notify you, via email, each time a new notice or Online eStatement becomes available. You agree to accept these emails, and if necessary, configure any spam blocker to accept all emails originating from the internet domain, businessdatainc.com. You also agree to promptly notify us whenever you acquire a new email address, by updating the email address field in your Online Banking profile page.

Member notices and account statements include activity and balance information on savings, checking and other share accounts as well as loans, lines of credit and credit card statements, if applicable. Your month end statements are made available to you when you logon to your Online Banking account using your User Name and Password, and selecting the eStatement option located under the Additional Services tab. You are provided a readable, printable and downloadable format from this site

You agree that in addition to your regular monthly member account statement, we may also send you important notices and disclosures as required by law or regulations regarding your TruWest membership and accounts. These notices and disclosures may be sent or shown separately on the eStatement Web page or incorporated into marketing newsletters that accompany your statement.

To access and retain your Online Statements you will need a personal computer running Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, or Macintosh OS X. Supported browsers include: Microsoft Internet Explorer 9, 10 or 11; Current version of Mozilla Firefox; Safari 6 or 7; and Chrome. Other browsers and operating systems may work, but are not currently certified for full compatibility. You will also need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Flash Player to be able to view the statement.

You can print your statements or download them by saving them to your systems hard drive.

You have the right to receive a paper version of your month end statement(s). In order to do so:

• Sign into Online Banking
• Click on Additional Services
• Click the eStatement option
• Click the Enrollment link located at the top of that page
• Choose the Paper radio button to convert your electronic statements back to a paper statement

If you receive a paper statement(s), you will no longer have access to past electronic statements. You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive your statements in electronic form by mailing in a letter to TruWest and informing us of this cancellation, listing your Member Number then signing and dating the letter. Mail your request for cancellation to:
