Getting Started is Easy

Call 1 (480) 441-5110, 1 (512) 302-4848 or toll-free at 1 (800) 521-1272. You’ll be prompted to enter your member number and access code before making your menu selections. As a new member, your access code will be the last four digits of your Social Security number. If you need to reset your access code, please contact us at 1 (855) 878-9378  and we’d be happy to assist you.

Helpful Hints

  • If you are not calling from the phone number listed with TruWest, you will be asked identifying security questions.
  • To access an account (e.g., checking or savings), please refer to your TruWest statement or online banking for your account number.
  • Enter dollar amounts without the decimal. Example:  Enter “2000” for $20.00.
  • To return to the previous menu, press the star key (*).
  • To return to the main menu, press zero (0).
