Your Username is your TruWest member number. If you don’t know your member number, please call us toll-free at 1-855-878-9378 (TRUWEST).
Your Password is the last four digits of your Social Security or tax id number. If there is more than one person on the account, use the primary member’s information to log in.
2. After logging in the first time, you will need to create a personalized Username and Password.
Your new Username must be different than your member number, must be a minimum of six characters, and may include letters, numbers and/or special characters.
Your new Password should be something you will readily remember, but should be a combination of letters and numbers for greater security.
3. To complete set up, you will be asked to enter up to two different phone numbers to receive a call or text message with a code to use the first time you log in.
